I love seeing a piece where the lens flare works for the composition! The semi-circle of flare almost seems to be "cradling" them in sunshine while the hexagonal dots lead (of course) to the sun, which is the main compositional element linking your subject to the sun, which further illustrates the happiness they must be feeling.
Your tilted camera angle allows enough of the sky and brick to simultaneously appear that there can be another link between the ground and the sky. This almost makes it seem like the couple might physically be on the ground, but they're actually way high in the sky emotionally.
The subtle brown tinting of the photo provides some more basis for the "ground" motif. I can't avoid a cliché here, but the tinting further makes these people seem "down to earth."
Overall, I absolutely love it. You described their wedding as unique, and I'm sure your unique photographic style contributed much to the happiness and uniqueness day!!
I quite like the way you've tilted the shot as well, it shows that you've put thought into the shoot.
I'm not to sure about the door and windows in the bottom right hand corner i find them a bit distracting as the lines in the bricks draw your eye in that direction. Perhaps if you took the shot a bit more to the right?
Other than that i love every thing about this photo, awesome work
